That was very cool. Even without being able to listen to it.

The first time i saw it, i wasn’t able to listen to it either. But like you, i really liked by just watching it. If you have the time, maybe you should listen to it at home. It features some pretty peculiar music. It sounds like americana/bluegrass but the words are not in English. And i’m not sure what language it is, but i guess that it is French with a very odd Canadian accent.

Hell yeah!! Gotta love Ubuntu! I hear that 7.10 (Gibbon) will be pretty slick and that 8.04 (Heron) will have much better video driver support. I met with some Ubuntu server guys at VMWorld in San Fran and they said that I should try Gibbon on my laptop. I had installed 7.04 and the fans would never spin down and my battery life sucked! But they said that was a concern for 7.10! Awesome! Oh yeah, cool video and music!!

Things will only get better. Unless if you are working for Microsoft or any anti-virus company. Driver support is still an issue, but at this point i’m starting to blame the hardware vendors instead of Linux.
