That was uncomfortable, and disturbing…in any language.
The thing that i find disturbing, is that a musician who has Frank Zappa’s seal of approval has to play for an outfit of Village People wannabees in order to make a living.
Apart from that, i love this video. YMCA is one of those songs that is so ugly, that the ugliness becomes a quality of its own. This Finnish version underlines that perfectly.
This makes me so happy to be alive.
