Writing about music sucks, at least for me. I find it really hard to translate what i am hearing into words that makes sense.
Therefore i am really happy to have found a way that allows me to play music files on my website, without making them easily available as downloads as well.

Anthony and the Johnsons zijn volslagen onbekend voor me. Alhoewel, nu ik de samples die op hun website staan gehoord heb, klinkt het op de een of andere manier toch weer vertrouwd. Waar heb ik ze toch eerder gehoord?
Bedankt voor je reactie! Ik blijf jouw blog in de gaten houden, in de hoop dat je ooit weer de lust om de draad op te pakken.
Heb op de Luisterpaal van 3VOOR12 zojuist de cd Close to Paradise beluisterd en dacht even dat Jeff Buckley terug was. (Waarmee ik niet wil zeggen dat Patrick Watson geen eigen geluid heeft). Mooi!
Patrick Watson heeft inderdaad de mazzel/pech dat zijn stem erg op die van Jeff Buckley lijkt. Ik hoop maar dat Watson wat langer op deze planeet blijft, want net als jij vind ik zijn debuut erg mooi.
